How reserving works
Reserving holds a phone for you at the shop. You pay when you collect — nothing is paid online to reserve.
- Pick the phone, the storage and the colour you want.
- Tap “Reserve: pay in store”. Give your name, your WhatsApp number, the shop, and today or tomorrow.
- You get a code like THS-4F7K. Send it to us on WhatsApp.
- When the shop confirms, the phone is held for 24 hours. A reservation not confirmed within 2 hours lapses.
- Come to the shop and pay. The cashier scans your phone and prints its IMEI on your receipt.
One open reservation per number, up to two phones. The colour and storage you reserve are what you get.
