Prices

Each option shows two real prices: the online price, charged by "Buy online" (it covers the payment gateway's fee), and the lower WhatsApp and in-store price. Prices can change as supplier costs change; the price that applies is the one shown when you pay.

Reservations

• A reservation holds one unit of the chosen option at the chosen shop. Nothing is paid to reserve.
• It is held for 24 hours once the shop confirms it. A reservation not confirmed within 2 hours lapses.
• One open reservation per phone number, up to two units.
• The colour and storage you reserve are what you get.

Online orders

• A specific unit is set aside for you when the payment gateway confirms your payment to us.
• If the last unit sold in the moment between your page and your payment, we refund the payment in full through the gateway and tell you.
• Pickup is free. Courier and motor-park delivery are priced per zone at checkout; some zones are quoted after confirmation and paid separately. Delivery within Maiduguri is free on qualifying orders, as shown at checkout.

Warranty

Phones carry the manufacturer's warranty as printed on the box. See Warranty and returns.
