Warranty and returns
Every phone carries its manufacturer's warranty exactly as printed on its box. We do not replace it with our own, and we do not repair phones in the shop.

Faulty out of the box
If the phone does not work when you first switch it on, bring it back with the box and the receipt. The dead-on-arrival window is printed on your receipt.
A fault later on
Faults after that are handled by the brand's authorised service centre (Carlcare for TECNO, Infinix and itel). Keep your receipt: it carries IMEI 1, which the centre uses to check your warranty.
