Privacy notice

Tech Hub Solutions Ltd (RC 8730576), Shop No. A5 GSM Village, Bulunkutu, Maiduguri, Borno State, is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. This notice follows the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

What we collect, and why

• Reservations: your name and WhatsApp number, the phone and shop you chose, and the day you'll collect — to hold the phone and contact you about it.
• Online orders: your name, phone number, email and, for delivery, your address — to process the order, deliver it and send your receipt.
• Payments: handled by Paystack or Monnify. We receive the payment result and reference; we never see or store your card details.
• Technical data: your IP address, used to prevent abuse of the reservation and order forms.

Our lawful basis is your consent (the tick box on each form) and the performance of the contract you ask us to enter.

Who sees it

Our staff, the payment gateway you choose, and — if you choose delivery — the courier or motor-park service carrying your order. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Reservation details are kept only as long as needed to run the reservation and resolve any query about it. Sales records, including the name on the receipt, are kept as long as the law requires for accounting and tax.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or object to its use. Email info@techhubsolutions.ng. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
